The increasing movement of Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) gave rise to ETA Avant, which was founded with the goal of democratizing business ownership. We identified a chance to assist budding entrepreneurs in avoiding the startup phase by identifying the numerous lucrative companies that are up for sale, particularly when baby boomers retire.
